TEB provides companies with tailor-made loyalty solutions that recognize & reward consumers and employees. Our Marketing Engagement team provide marketing services to these companies including all customer touchpoints, CRM workflows and marketing campaigns.

About the role
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support the ENTERTAINER business TEB division. TEB provides companies with tailor-made loyalty solutions that recognize & reward consumers and employees. Our Marketing Engagement team provide marketing services to these companies including all customer touchpoints, CRM workflows and marketing campaigns.
As a Graphic Designer you will:
- Work closely with our marketing engagement team to conceptualise, design, and execute design projects that meet marketing objectives.
- Marry the ENTERTAINER’s brand guidelines with the client’s brand guidelines and objectives to create a design concept for their loyalty program comms.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality designs.
- Prepare designs (EDMs, in-apps, newsfeed cards, social media posts and videos) for client feedback and approval.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com ++.
- Incorporate client feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise your workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong digital portfolio.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in digital graphic design.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma. Experience with After Effects or Adobe Premiere is a plus!
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English (Arabic is a bonus).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
