Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Analyst (B2B) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing CRM activities across our key B2B accounts. You will deliver a variety of communication streams including email campaigns, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and more, ensuring that all initiatives align with brand guidelines, best practices, and relevant legislation.

You will play a key role in ensuring that campaigns are well-executed, optimized for engagement, and provide actionable insights through performance analysis. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs, KPIs, and contractual requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all CRM activities for our key B2B accounts, including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and other activity streams as required.
  • Ensure that all activities are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices, and that all materials are fully compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Thoroughly test and proof all campaigns, ensuring that quality standards are met and that links, images, and other assets are functioning correctly.
  • Ensure HTML email messaging is fully accessible to all users on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage the schedule of deployment to optimize user response, and actively manage email lists.
  • Understand client KPIs and ENTERTAINER’s business contractual obligations.
  • Generate, report on, analyze, and interpret data from CRM campaigns.
  • Develop a close working relationship with the B2B Client Services team, offering advice and solutions on what can be operationally possible to best serve client needs.


You’ll enjoy and succeed in this job if you have:
  • Knowledge of how to build and test HTML/CSS email templates.
  • Experience in creating and sending large-scale email campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of databases and segmentation.
  • Experience with at least one campaign management system.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing and reporting on test results.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including reporting and creating audience lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Ability to balance strong attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Ability to manage your own workload in an organized and transparent manner.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with an understanding of the professionalism required when servicing key business accounts.
  • Ability to prioritize stakeholder requests effectively.
  • A calm, positive, and flexible "can-do" attitude, focused on finding solutions and constantly striving to improve efficiencies in processes.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on strict quality control to ensure the integrity of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to gather and analyze data to better understand our current and future customer base.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent time management skills.
  • Previous experience with any or all of the following is a plus:
    • Mo-Engage or a similar CRM tool
    • Tableau
    • MySQL or a similar database tool
    • MS Excel (Reporting and Data Manipulation)
  • Previous hands-on experience in an app start-up is also an advantage.
