About The Role
We’re looking for a capable and highly organised Creative Digital Marketing Executive to support the launch and day-to-day execution of digital campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, creative production and internal coordination, and is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable being hands-on while working closely with multiple teams.
You’ll help get campaigns live quickly by supporting paid media launches, editing creative assets, briefing creative teams, and assisting with post-launch activity such as redemption communications and surveys.

You’ll help get campaigns live quickly by supporting paid media launches, editing creative assets, briefing creative teams, and assisting with post-launch activity such as redemption communications and surveys.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Launch Support
- Support the setup and launch of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat TikTok or similar.
- Work closely with paid media specialists to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Assist with basic performance checks and post-launch updates.
- Edit and adapt creative assets for ads, including basic video editing and static formats, to enable faster campaign launches.
- Use tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar to create, resize, localise or tweak assets as needed.
- Ensure creative assets meet platform, format and campaign requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear briefs to internal or external creative teams.
- Coordinate feedback and revisions, ensuring timelines are met.
- Act as a bridge between paid media, creative and marketing teams.
- Support redemption-related communications by working alongside the CRM and customer teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with live campaigns.
- Help coordinate content, timing and approvals (without owning CRM execution).
- Create and deploy surveys to support campaign insights, customer feedback and post-campaign analysis.
- Collate and share survey results in a clear, structured way.
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines across campaigns.
- Maintain trackers, documentation and creative libraries.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail across all outputs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media support, social media or a related role.
- Comfortable working with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut,Photoshop and basic video editing software.
- Working knowledge of paid media campaigns and how they are structured in Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience briefing or coordinating creative work.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable.
- Confident, intelligent and able to work independently when required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to survey tools or customer research.
- Basic understanding of digital performance metrics.
- Arabic language is a plus
